Introduction:
Hostelworld.com can now provide tour / adventure operators and activity providers with the facility to accept confirmed on-line Internet reservations.

Tour and Activity Providers can offer their product to the growing audience of hostelworld.com users - over 3 Million unique visitors per month.

Reservations are confirmed in advance, commission is standard - a minimum of 15% for all tour operators and there is no charge to be featured on our sites. You only pay commission if people reserve your tours online, yet you also get exposure to a vast audience, many of which may also decide to reserve on arrival and will have been aware of your company in advance.

The Booking Process:
We will create a microsite for each individual tour that your company offers. This will be featured in the diversions area of the Hostelworld.com site and also in all appropriate regional sites.

Hostelworld.com will assign your company with a username and password enabling you to set up allocations of tour seats / activity places for sale online.

Guests wishing to make a reservation do so by paying a 15% deposit and a US$2 booking fee by credit card to Hostelworld.com. Once the credit card transaction is completed the guest receives a booking confirmation, which they should print out and present on arrival to the tour/activity.

The guest pays the remaining balance either on arrival or at a predefined date as required by your company (This balance can be charged to the guests credit card). Cancellation conditions and booking conditions can be specified by the individual tour company.
